  • Pick-ups are only available from Abu Dhabi hotels/residences and not from the airport. For pickups from other areas, a surcharge is applicable upon request.
  • Some locations may be closed on certain days and weekends; no compensation will be provided in such instances.
  • Proper attire, such as fully covered clothing and a scarf, is required for entering the Sheikh Zayed Mosque.
  • Timing for pick up/drop off on sharing transfers may be adjusted according to trip schedule, by 30 to 60 minutes, due to traffic and location..

  • Children who are 12 years old and older will be categorized as adults and will be charged adult rate.

Cancellation Policy

  • There are no refunds permitted once the ticket has been issued.
  • Refunds for online payments can be credited back to the bank account.
  • It may take 10-15 working days for refunds to be processed directly to a bank account
  • There will be no refunds given for problems concerning the quality or enjoyment of the activity.
