 Global Village – Important Guidelines & Policies 

  • Photo ID/Passport: Please bring a valid ID, as it must be shown at the entrance.
  • Children’s Safety: All children must wear the safety wristband provided at ticket booths and the Information Kiosk.
  • No Pets: Animals or pets are not allowed inside. 
  • No Outside Food & Drinks: Outside food and beverages are prohibited. 
  • No Wheeled Vehicles: Guests on rollers, skateboards, hoverboards, bicycles, tricycles, etc., are not permitted.
  • Dress Code: Respectful attire is required – covered torso (including shoulders) and covered legs (including knees) for all guests. 
  • Family & Ladies Day: Tuesdays are reserved for families and ladies only. Exception: if a Tuesday coincides with a public holiday.
  • Last Entry: Allowed 30 minutes before park closing. 
  • Free Entry: Guests below 3 years and above 65 years enter free. 
  • Parking: Free parking is available at six designated zones within the park. 

Terms & Conditions

 Global Village Dubai – Child Policy

  • Free Entry: Children under 3 years enter free of charge.

  • Paid Entry: Children 3 years and above must pay the full ticket price.

  • Supervision: All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult (18+ years).

  • Safety Wristband: Parents can request a free wristband for their children before entering.

  • Lost Child Assistance: In case a child gets separated, a dedicated service team will contact the parents immediately.

Cancellation Policy

  • There are no refunds permitted once the ticket has been issued.
  • Refunds for online payments can be credited back to the bank account.
  • It may take 10-15 working days for refunds to be processed directly to a bank account
  • There will be no refunds given for problems concerning the quality or enjoyment of the activity.
