An acceptable identification is required during check-in.
Being a confident swimmer is necessary for all activities involving water.
It is advised to refrain from consuming alcohol or non-prescription drugs for at least 24 hours prior to diving.
If someone has health problems, they must obtain clearance from a physician before participating in diving.
Kindly arrive a minimum of 15 minutes prior to the commencement of your event.
We suggest that individuals who are 50 years old and above seek the approval of a medical professional.
Any individual under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian present during the dive.
External equipment is prohibited inside Deep Dive Dubai.
The approved items consist of a mask, breathing regulator, gauges (computer or watch), fins, and cameras.
Forbidden items include diving cylinders, buoyancy compensators (BCs), wet/dry suits, and diving booties.
It is advisable to wait 18-24 hours after a dive before going higher than 300 meters/1000 feet.
The booking for Deep Dive Dubai is only valid for the date and time that has been reserved.

CHILDREN POLICY:

Infants, defined as children aged 0-10, are prohibited from participating in this tour.
Children aged 10 to 18 will be treated as adults and will be subject to adult pricing.
Adults above 18 years of age will be charged the adult rate.

Cancellation Policy

There are no refunds permitted once the ticket has been issued.
Refunds for online payments can be credited back to the bank account.
It may take 10-15 working days for refunds to be processed directly to a bank account.
There will be no refunds given for problems concerning the quality or enjoyment of the activity.
