More Information

  • Shared transfers are only offered from centrally located accommodations in Dubai such    as Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, and Marina.
  • Transfer times may vary by 30 to 60 minutes depending on traffic and itinerary.
  •  The ideal age to start ice skating is 3 years old. Children under 100cm must be accompanied by an adult and provided with a free helmet for safety.
  •  Get ready for winter by ensuring arms and legs are covered.
  •  Long dresses, national attire, and trailing garments are not allowed due to safety reasons and the challenging nature of ice skating.
  • Guests are required to wear warm, comfortable attire, thick socks, and gloves.
  • Pregnant women and individuals with physical injuries are not allowed to participate in this activity.
  • Admission to the venue is subject to availability.

  • Children below 3 years old will be granted complimentary admission.
  • Kids aged 3 to 10 will incur charges at a reduced rate.
  • Children aged 10 and older will be charged at full adult price.

  •  Refunds for online payments can be credited back to the bank account.
  • It may take 10-15 working days for refunds to be processed directly to a bank account
