After an eventful and exploratory day, our courteous SUV drivers will ensure safe transport back to your selected destination or hotel, leaving you with lasting memories.
The waiver form must be completed and submitted online no later than one day before your flight.
Ensure you have a valid ID (such as a Passport or Government ID) with you. If travelers do not have a valid ID, they will not be allowed to board.
The maximum weight allowed is 119 kilograms.
The hot air balloon can accommodate between 10 and 28 passengers.
Pregnant women, young children, and individuals above 85 years old are not permitted to travel by air. The pilot holds the responsibility of determining passengers allowed on the plane.
Passengers who are intoxicated, have health issues, recent surgeries, height phobia, or disabilities are prohibited from flying.
Each passenger must sign a document confirming they do not possess the specified health issues.
The timing of group transfers may be adjusted by 30 to 60 minutes based on the trip schedule and traffic. Additional charges will be imposed for private transportation from faraway places, and will be informed in advance by our operations team.
