Children under 1.3 meters tall are categorized as infants and cannot go on the ride
Children over 1.3 meters tall are considered children
Children over 12 years old are considered adults and will be charged the adult rate.

Cancellation Policy

There are no refunds permitted once the ticket has been issued.
Refunds for online payments can be credited back to the bank account.
It may take 10-15 working days for refunds to be processed directly to a bank account
There will be no refunds given for problems concerning the quality or enjoyment of the activity.
