  • Please ensure you arrive 15 minutes early for your scheduled time
  • Children must always have adult supervision during the activity
  • No refunds for unused services. Service provider not liable for non-operational attraction components due to technical issues.
  • Passengers with extreme height or unusually long torsos not allowed on the ride
  • Avoid bringing items that could be affected by vibrations or impacts.
  • Photography and video recording are not allowed during the ride.

CHILDREN POLICY:

  • Children under 1.3 meters tall are categorized as infants and cannot go on the ride
  • Children over 1.3 meters tall are considered children
  • Children over 12 years old are considered adults and will be charged the adult rate.

 

Cancellation Policy

  • There are no refunds permitted once the ticket has been issued.
  • Refunds for online payments can be credited back to the bank account.
  • It may take 10-15 working days for refunds to be processed directly to a bank account
  • There will be no refunds given for problems concerning the quality or enjoyment of the activity.
