• Golden Balloon management reserves the right to delay or cancel the ride in the event of any unfavorable conditions.
• Visitors assume responsibility for their own safety when taking a ride.
• If Golden Balloon Ride or any property on the premises is damaged, the responsible person must pay the full cost of the damage.
