More Information

Children under 2 years old are not allowed to enter Snow Abu Dhabi due to safety reasons.
No refunds will be given for services that were not fully or only partially used.
Children below 14 years old need to be accompanied by a person aged 16 or above when inside the establishment.
Visitors are not allowed to bring food and beverages inside the Park.
The service provider is not accountable if any part of an attraction is not working because of technical issues.

CHILDREN POLICY:

Children under 2 years old are not permitted in Snow Abu Dhabi for safety purposes.
Children between 2 years old and 1.2 meters tall will be charged at the child rate, while those over 1.2 meters will be considered adults and charged accordingly.

Cancellation Policy

There are no refunds permitted once the ticket has been issued.
Refunds for online payments can be credited back to the bank account.
It may take 10-15 working days for refunds to be processed directly to a bank account
There will be no refunds given for problems concerning the quality or enjoyment of the activity
