• Each ticket grants access to one flight only.
• Pregnant women unable to fly on The Dubai Balloon can opt for a lounge access ticket on-site, where they can enjoy a beverage while awaiting the return of friends and family from their flight.
• The Dubai Balloon at Atlantis is wheelchair and baby stroller accessible. Our Ground Crew is available to assist with loading and unloading the balloon gondola. Wheelchairs/strollers must have a braking/locking system, which will be verified by the Ground Crew before boarding. We also provide compliant wheelchairs and strollers on-site if needed.
• Consumption of food and beverages during the flight is prohibited.
• Handbags and backpacks are permitted onboard, while large travel bags are not allowed.
• For safety reasons, individuals with motion sickness, vertigo, heart conditions, or other health concerns, as well as those who are pregnant or under the influence of drugs/alcohol, should refrain from boarding the balloon. Minors under 12 must be accompanied by a parent, legal guardian, or responsible adult.
• Before boarding, a mandatory safety briefing will be conducted, and guests must complete a boarding pass and waiver, which will be collected by a Ground Crew member.
• The maximum flight capacity depends on prevailing weather conditions.
• Enjoy access to a retail outlet and coffee lounge, as well as The Avenues at Atlantis.
• Restrooms are conveniently located at The Avenues at Atlantis, adjacent to The Dubai Balloon at Atlantis.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited onboard and at our facility.

Child Policy: Children under 3 years of age can enjoy complimentary flights. However, they must be accompanied by an adult, and proof of age will be requested.
