Tickets purchased online will be valid for 2 weeks from the date of purchase.
Children under the age of 12 will not be admitted to The National Aquarium & The Butterfly Gardens or any animal encounter activities unless accompanied by a paying adult aged 16 years or above.
Guests must proceed to the counter to register their details and will then enjoy unlimited access to all 10 thematic zones.

There are no refunds permitted once the ticket has been issued.
