More Information

  • Every ticket allows for a single flight.
  • Pregnant women will not be able to fly on The Dubai Balloon due to flight safety restrictions. Nonetheless, they have the option to buy a lounge access ticket at the location and savor a drink while waiting for their friends and family to finish their flight.
  • Wheelchair users and parents with baby strollers can access the Dubai Balloon At Atlantis. For help with both loading and unloading the balloon gondola, make sure to talk to a Ground Crew member. The Ground crew will inspect and confirm that the wheelchair/stroller has a braking/locking system in place to prevent any unintended movement during the flight. Kindly be aware that we provide wheelchairs and strollers that meet the specified criteria on location for guests to use, if necessary.
  • Consuming food and beverages while on the plane is not allowed.
  • Handbags and backpacks are permitted to be brought onto the ship. Nevertheless, large suitcases will not be allowed.
  • Guests who are susceptible to motion sickness and/or vertigo, have heart and/or other health conditions, are pregnant, or are under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol should avoid using this attraction for safety purposes. Individuals with other underlying medical issues exacerbated by flying or changes in altitude should avoid getting on the hot air balloon. In general, you need to be in good physical condition in order to travel by air. Any child under the age of 12 must have adult supervision from a parent, legal guardian, or a responsible adult who is 18 or older.
  • Prior to getting on the plane, you must participate in a required safety demonstration and fill out a boarding pass that includes a waiver. Before boarding, a member of the Ground Crew will retrieve the Boarding Pass.
  • The amount of passengers each flight can hold is determined by the current weather conditions.
  • There is a store and café. Visitors will also be able to use.
  • The restrooms can be found at The Avenues at Atlantis, near The Dubai Balloon at Atlantis.
  • Smoking is not allowed on board or at our premises.

CHILDREN POLICY:

  • Children who are under the age of three are eligible to fly without paying a fee. Children must be accompanied by an adult and age verification will be necessary.

Cancellation Policy

  • There are no refunds permitted once the ticket has been issued.
  • Refunds for online payments can be credited back to the bank account.
  • It may take 10-15 working days for refunds to be processed directly to a bank account
  • There will be no refunds given for problems concerning the quality or enjoyment of the activity.
