  • Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
  • Outside food, drinks, or alcohol are not permitted at Wild Wadi Water Park.
  • For your safety, please enter all pools and attractions feet first; diving is not allowed.

CHILDREN POLICY:

  • Children under 3 years old are classified as infants and will not be charged for entry.
  • Children over 3 years old but under 1.1 meters in height will be charged as children.
  • Children over 1.1 meters will be considered adults and charged the adult rate.
     

Cancellation Policy

  • There are no refunds permitted once the ticket has been issued.
  • Refunds for online payments can be credited back to the bank account.
  • It may take 10-15 working days for refunds to be processed directly to a bank account
  • There will be no refunds given for problems concerning the quality or enjoyment of the activity.
