  • Passport or Emirates ID are both acceptable forms of identification.
  • The timing of the activity can be influenced by the season, weather, and public holidays.
  • Individuals who are not yet 18 years old must be accompanied by a legal guardian.
  • This activity is open to individuals aged 12 to 65.
  • Every participant must meet the height requirement of at least 130 cm, weigh between 45 and 100 kg, and have no heart conditions.
  • Compact lockers are available for storing handbags, wallets, keys, and phones, but shopping bags and luggage cannot be kept. Remember to clear out your locker after using it as space is limited.
  • Now you have the option to stream live your journey until departure with your loved ones.
  • Using mobile phones on ziplines is not allowed.
  • Cameras are not allowed due to safety concerns, but don't worry! Our skilled camera team will be present.
  • Throughout the entire duration, a camera will be attached to your helmet. Personalized videos and photos will be sent to registered users via email.
  • Your helmet will have cameras capturing the entire event. A personalized film and photos will be sent to your email upon registration.
  • Based on availability. Because the XLine is so popular, we suggest purchasing tickets ahead of time to secure your spot.

CHILDREN POLICY:

  • This ticket is solely for children aged between 12 and 16 years old (accompanied by a legal guardian).
  • Weight must be between 45 and 100 kg to meet the requirement.
  • Standing at a height exceeding 130 centimeters.
  • Simple and cozy attire only – no skirts, dresses, flip flops, or loose shoes.
  • Excellent physical health.
  • Not suffering from any current or persistent injuries.
  • Not influenced by drugs, alcohol, or any other substances that affect decision-making (e.g., medication)
  • Without any significant physical or mental illnesses that would prevent you from successfully completing the physical and mental challenges required during the journey.
  • Not currently suffering from medical issues that demand urgent medical intervention.
  • Identification must be shown during check-in (as specified in the passport).
  • Not providing a proper identification in English will lead to having to pay the remaining amount of the standard adult ticket cost

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • There are no refunds permitted once the ticket has been issued.
  • Refunds for online payments can be credited back to the bank account
  • It may take 10-15 working days for refunds to be processed directly to a bank account.
  • There will be no refunds given for problems concerning the quality or enjoyment of the activity.
