More Information

  • A Passport or Emirates ID must be presented at the Entrance for identification reasons.
  • You must arrive at the designated place 20 minutes prior to the scheduled tour.
  • Pregnant women, individuals with heart conditions, or those experiencing back pain are advised against participating in the Tour
  • The arrangement for pick up will only be made from your Dubai hotel/residence, not from the airport.

  • Children aged 5 and under are prohibited from participating in this activity.
  • Children aged 5 to 12 will be classified as children and will be subject to the child rate.
  • Children who are 12 years old and above will be treated as adults and will be charged at the adult rate.

Cancellation Policy

  • There are no refunds permitted once the ticket has been issued.
  • Refunds for online payments can be credited back to the bank account.
  • It may take 10-15 working days for refunds to be processed directly to a bank account
